I am looking to Buy the tools not rent. I need the tools for a 3.0 and a 4.2 where is the best place to go? I don't trust or want used or chinese. I have rented the tools from Blauparts they worked out nice.

 

When bought mines, I shopped around and the cheapest place was ZDmak. Sometimes they even include auctions on Ebay for the tools, 4-5 dollars less than the listed price on the website itself.
Samstagsales.com is another place; Metalnerd.com is another; TechnicTool.com yet another one.
You may find other ones, but these are a few I checked out before making the purchase.
