I turned the stereo down for a change and I now hear that my 2003 A6 4.2 has developed a low pitched vibration coming from the back trunk area which is especially noticeable when I accelerate from a stop.

Wondering if it might be something I need deal with soon or perhaps something I can ignore for a while?
