MAF signal too low???!!!how to fix?

Default MAF signal too low???!!!how to fix?

got a cel saying that the signal from the maf is too low. any idea how to fix this? is it maybe just dirty?

I think you got it figured out. You either need to clean it or replace it. Obviously try cleaning it first. And I know this might seem stupid but make sure it is plugged in... I have done it before... lol

Change the MAF the bosh sensors go bad and it will effect performance.

any recommendations on what brand to go with?

I got mine from VAST Performace for 70$ shipped which is better than the 185 for a reconditioned one from ECS. The ones they sell are bran new. Just like the o2 sensors I don't know how they sell some of the stuff so cheap but they do and they work great
