I have a 99 A6 quattro, every time I try to set up the memory seat it just stays with the old one in the three positions...also the lumbar support in both seats is not working, when I press the buttons the motors inside the seat are working up and down and also forwards and backwards, but the support is not moving. Is there any way to get inside of the seat to check this by myself? I guess something is just not loose. Please help!
