Default MMI Update - Lost Bluetooth & Tire Pressure Monitoring Functionality

I had the dealer update my MMI software from version 11.7 to the latest version (46.1) in order to recognize a new factory AMI iPod adapter. After the update, the Bluetooth function is gone, as well as the tire pressure monitoring (grayed out on the MMI display). The dealer says that the Bluetooth module has been corrupted and needs to be replaced ($600), but I'm skeptical. Did the dealer install the update incorrectly?

I did the update myself with cd's, after it finished the bluetooth was gone, so i ran that cd again (think it's disc2) and it was back on track....

If your car are a 2008 or older, that version is not the latest, i think the latest for MMI 2G is 57.50.
