hey, i am just starting to really mod my 2.7t a6. i have a full exhaust, rims.. yada yada.. but im looking to make some power now. ive been looking at chips, but it seems to me like a manual boost cont., and an air fuel cont. (and injectors/fuelpump if needed) would be a just as good if not better aproch?

also the stock mass air flow sensor seems a bit constrictive, would it hurt to gut out those plastic grill-type-things? i.e. would it turn on the check eng light?

im sorry if these questions are simple or dumb (they probably are) but like i said im pretty new to the whole audi modding thing.

BTW a chip gives the 2.7T a big kick in the ***...just a thought.
