self control is a virtue.........one that i probably wouldn't have if that happened to me. at least when i got hit, the kid had insurance.

Did you get the other driver's info? Get an estimate and go to small claims court. While the person may not have any $$$ to pay at the time, the courts will place a lein against them which will prevent them from financing a house/car/boat/lunch.
If you go through your insurance, they may sue them to recover what they spent to repair your car.
That sux, but you are not injured at least! Good luck!
