thats a really good deal, and i can assure you that if you take very good care of it, it will last you forever. ive got a 99 a6Q with 177k miles and im the 2nd owner. i bought it at 155k and i knew what i was getting into and i researched it alot, the first owner was a Doctor and i got tons and tons of service records from audi so hopefully yours will last you a looong time, i have no doubts in the a6, but i know i would most certainly not buy a 02 or newer, seems to have alot of problems with newer models of any car due to quality control. my friend has a 03 a6 and problems pop up one after the other. and his only has 50k on it. but yea good luck with it hope it treats you well.
