my tran has been acting weird can't figure out the problem.. this started when i chipped my car ... i think the trany can't handel the power ... any ideas let me no whats up thanks

i have a 2003 a6 2.7 t

 

ive her of this before...you need a tranny chip as well...that should fix the problem

How many miles on the car?
What was the last maintenance done on the engine?
What do you mean by, "...my tran has been acting weird.... "?

 

If you have an auto/tiptronic transmission then you will require a seperate chip in the transmission ECU. Im not sure of prices for this chip but you need the upgrade so it can 'keep up' with your improved engine ECU.
