Default need help!!! future A6 owner looking at the car now

Hi everyone. I am new to this forum. Audi A6 s gonna be my next car. I was doing a lot of research trying to find me a right one. Just came across this one at autotrader.com http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...00&cardist=693

I realy wonna know what you think about it. Please, any opinion would be appreciated.

I checked it at autocheck and it came out there is no obvious problems on it, just had two owners.

Thanks a lot

I think it looks good. Check carfax though in addition to autocheck because I've heard of a few problems with autocheck in a few forums. I might still have my carfax account so tomorrow I'll give you a run down.

1) Have it checked by a mechanic that specializes in Audi's
2) if they have service records thats a big plus
3) Check the CV joints - that was one thing that I had to repair immediately upon buying my car. To check them turn the wheels all the way to one site, get underneath the car behind the front wheel with a flash light, and look up into the axel where it connects to the wheel. Theres a rubber "boot" that looks kind of like an acordian plunger. If this is ripped, its ~300 bucks PER cv boot to replace.

+1. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy this Aud without having an Audi Indy shop do a PPI. Also I would want to have all historyof work done inuding maintenance, recall and service.
Check the sticky thread at the top of this A6 forum too for common issues, DO's and DONT's and useful links/ info. Good luck.
