I need some help passing a salvage inspection.

1997 A6 Quattro, auto trans.

the main issues are:

1 - My E-brake doesn't work, its VERY hard to pull, I can only get about 2 clicks, and it doesn't stop the car from rolling when in reverse (as needed for the test)

2 - Only my passenger side mirror adjusts regardless of which button is pushed, Even if the driver side button is pushed the passenger side still moves.

I could probably get a good start on these if I could figure out how to remove the damn interior trim..... I have the radio out but that's all I could get without risking accidentally breaking something....

I couldn't find a guide for a C4 A6, just a C5.

If anyone knows of a write up for the interior it would be appreciated, or whats up with my e-brake possibly.
