Hello,

Its a 2001 Audi A6, and i have two problems with it, when i turn the sterring it make a squeky noise and i don't know wht causes it. and also when i drive pass a speedbreaker or somethin thts not on the level i feel something is touching the ground and make some kinda noise (on the passenger side). I would really appreciate ur kind response on this matter. Thanks Much!

Turning left or right? Does it squeak when you turn the wheel the whole time? Is it while your moving or just sitting there? Have you looked under the car for anything hanging down? There are a lot of possible problems with the car we just need a little bit more detail to help you diagnose the issue.

When i turn the steering, it makes the sound both ways, and i hear it outside, when im making a sharp turn. And its does happen quite often. Thanks

I Did, but it still makes tht Squeaky Nosie, And also I dont have a remote for the Car, does any one know where can i get one installed for Cheap. Thanks

 

Bounce the suspension system with your hands on each front fender, if you hear a squeak its the upper control arm links, as far as the remote i know there are cheap aftermarket ones but i have had trouble trying to adapt them to the audi systems before and they don't always work. I would just get a couple from audi they aren't too expensive.
