new brakes

Default new brakes

its about that time that i look into new brakes.. what is a good set up for the a6 2.7t quattro.. any advice would be great. thanks guys

993tt KIT IS CHEAP AND WORKS GREAT
Stop tech
or I think the Tourag 4piston calipers and rotors fit a A6

oops, I ment the 996TT brakes..
there is a company that sells the brackets to modify the audi......
type in audi porsche brake conversion.....I think it's BIRA....
that is what I am going to do

i don't think i want to get into modifying brakes and all. No o=more of that for me, i was wondering if there was a recommended set up like brembo drilled/slotted with say a hawk pad of some sort...

SLOT do not Cross drill, slotted degass the pads for better stopping, drilling will cut weight, but they crack faster.....
I use PBR pads and love them, performance friction are good for every day use with the occasional panic stop thrown in

sweet, thanks for the info on the pads... I think Im gunna do a full face brembo blank, Ive had excellent experience with them before, why change something that works..
