So i just recently bought a 2000 Audi a6 2.7l and just a few days ago i put my car in reverse and it kicked me into reverse and when i put it into drive it stayed in like first or second gear (this is automatic tranny). After i noticed that it was not shifting to a higher gear i parked the car and then turned it off. After turning it back off and put it into gear it worked perfectly fine. The next day i went to go my check engine light checked and the codes that popped up were:
p0741-tranny problem
p1522
p1606

The one I'm most concerned with is the p0741 because that concerns my tranny, and I've done some research and it looks like i may just need to replace my transmission fluid. Just curious on other peoples opinion because I'm new to Audi's.
