so I would like to get new rims for my car and I know I want 18"s and I found some on tirerack.com for around $200 for each rim and i have 2 questions...is $200 a rim too cheap if im on a budget or will they still be good rims? and what tire size do i need?

 

found rims for $160 each and found 235/40ZR18 Sumitomo HTR Z IItires.....does this sound good? rims are 5-112 bolt pattern offset is 35mm and rim aize 18x8
