Hello,

I've just bought a '99 Avant and I have to fix a couple of pieces of interior trim. I'm hoping someone can help me with the following:

1. Removing the driver side air vent: The regulator wheel has been pushed in. I can snap out the bottom of the vent surround but the top won't come loose.

2. Tailgate trim: Are all the pieces held on with the metal spring clips? I've removed the upper trim, but I also want to remove the lower trim piece with the retractable blind.
