Yeah but this will clean everything in the intake system so it takes care of a lot. If that doesn't help then start looking for a leak.

is that chemtool crap expensive, so i ll spray some propane around the engine, so i start the car up and if my rpm's go up automatically, that means there's a leak, so than i just gotta find where it is, but to me it sounds like the intake thing is dirty, cuz the car sounds like its choking

Yeah thats why i told you to do it. You can use any carb cleaner that usually costs around $5.
But an vaccum leak will make it seem like the engine is "choking" because it doesn't recognize where the air is coming into the engine and it adds fuel to compensate.

so finding that valve shouldnt be a pain in the ***, so just trace that fat plastic hose that goes to the engine take that off and there should be the valve

No it can be quite dangerous, don't put it too close to the exhaust manifolds, or have someone stupid smoking or something dumb like that.

Just around the areas where you see vaccum lines, on top of the engine, and to the sides, just don't spray too much on the rear corners of the engine where its really hot.
