Noobie navigation update question
Greetings,
I have a 2005 A6 4.2 Liter with a 2010 Navigation disk and factory updated Bose sound system. I am about to update the disk to a 2011-2012. My Noob question is that the disk I am planning to use is the version with the RNS-E software/firmware. Is the RNS-e needed for my model year and/or can I use the RNS-e update? Did my model year N. American A6 come with RNS-e feature and or is RNS-e compatible with my Model year A6?
