Is therean oil breather valve that comes off the backside of the silver"Y" pipe? I would think that the "Y" pipe moves air. The valvedoes not seem to seat properly in the "Y" pipe fitting. It's rather lose and looks like it is just hanging down. Also, there is a four way valve underneath it that some of the lines run into that is also caked with an oily residue.What can I do to solve this?
