Please see my thread on a generic motoring forum. You willread that my '98 2.8A6 with 110000 miles lost over 3 and a half litres of oil over approx 1500 miles with no smoking or no leaks except a relatively okay one from the port side 3 cylinders. It passed it's car test's emmisions test in recent times.

I'm hoping someone might give me some advice as I am worried about potentiallyhuge bills just for diagnosis and I'm financially embarrassed at the moment....
