oil smell?

RE: oil smell?
It could also be that your valve cover gaskets are blown. Have you noticed any white smoke yet? Baskin is right about checking your crankcase ventilation system as it is known to clog up especially the suction pump which in turn causesback pressure to build up which in turn causes the valve cover gaskets to blow. Check for signs of oil on the sides of you valve covers.

i had same problem. i changed valve cover gaskets by my self, but smoke stil there. then i found two spots where was leaking. I put the car to the dealer and they change "cam tensioner seals". Car stop smoking and smeling. Just one think, repair cost 1070$

well, got it checked out and techs said block, heads, motor, everything was fine. the only thing they said was wrong was driveshaft seals were going out and could be leaking and burning on exhaust.
