i start today around 9 am, i take my time for a first timer , got so far with cam lock bar on it and i install the crankshaft locking pin. i have a little hard time to put the cam lock bar, also when i put the crankshaft locking pin i think move the mark a little. here is the pic , one is in angle and on from front , is this tdc? not sure if is in the right possition. also i will leave the seals alone. 75k looks good and no leaks.

Me again,
Judging by the reference arrow on the cover and the tick mark on the pulley, I would say YES this is TDC....so long as you did not turn the crank once the timing belt had been removed or prior to it being reinstalled.
There is a great DIY for a timing belt procedure posted on Audiworld Forums. I'll include the link...good step by step instructions and great detailed photos.
