A B5 is something you typically will NOT see discussed in this forum. It's one of the A4 platforms. You have a C5 Audi A6 platform vehicle if I remember correctly.
That said, I think these are very nice wheels. They are actually close replicas of one of the OEM Audi sport wheels. Ironically, I think they may have been the sport wheels for the S4 -- a souped up A4 on the B5 platform. Very pretty on A6es IMO. Don't go bigger than 18" -- you'll end up with a very harsh ride. Even 18"s are a little harsh, but within the range of OK for most people.

One thing to be VERY careful of... (depending on what year your car is) You need to make sure that these wheels will fit over your brake calipers. I forget, but if you have a 2000-2001 2.7t or 4.2, you have what are known as HP-2 brake calipers in front. They're a very high performance brake and they're huge. Not all wheels fit over them. Something you need to check with your dealer. If you have 2002+, no worries; Audi switctched calipers and these will probably be fine. If there is a fitment issue, you can put spacers (will probably need 5mm for these). Not an ideal solution, but if you're in love with these wheels, it will let you get them. Here's a discussion of this issue on another forum.
FYI, these are known as OEM 9-spoke S-Line/Celebration wheels. Here's a link to a discussion of these wheels on another forum. If ride is a big consideration, you may want to take a look at 17" versions of these (if you can get them). Not much of a sacrifice in performance and you do pick up a nicer ride. You'll also save quite a bit on tires when you have to buy them.
