Default p-codes/mystery cable?

I recently found my 2000 a6 2.7t 6-spd was running odd. Surely enough, after a few days of this, a check engine light came on, i scanned thru the obdii port and got 2 codes, p1127 and p1129, which keys that i'm running rich. I found a random wire hanging down RIGHT after i noticed the car running weird. The wire looks like it was yanked do to the damage (shards chipped off). The cable says "4b1971321", most sites that match the code are in another language. I'm not sure what's up. I changed the plugs recently, when i put my foot down, it feels as if the gas is just cut and it's somewhat jerky, bogging during some acceleration. Any ideas?
Thanks ahead of time
