IMO, Chrysler made the SRT useless by not offering a manual... Kinda like VW/Audi not giving us the R32 or TT 3.2 with a stick. The VR6 is still quick though, your car is blown and a two door, the pasat is a familly sedan, and not the best looking one at that. The 2001 body style was the best for the passat imo, and it was based off an Audi which doesnt hurt!
