when installed on the A6 2.8 how much faster is it,0-60 wise?
cause im planning on getting it one day

 

After looking up what a pes g2 was, seeing as it is listed at 5k dollars. I feel you would be better off selling your 2.8, add the 5k from the super charger and buy yourself a 2.7, 4.2 or an s6. That is a lot of money for more horse power. But then again, I feel my 2.8l is overpowered. I would love a 1.2l diesel engine that gets 45mpg.

 

I would have to agree with that, but.... I would love to see one installed and see how much of a diffrence it is. Since I have a 2.8 also....[:@]

I think it would sound mean as hell on a 2.8... or a 4.2 []

But 5K is a little much, I think...

 

i think the pes g2 is even faster than the 2.7t and 4.2 im not to sure though,anyone here knows for sure how fast isthe g2?

 

I have been looking at the PES system since I got my A6, for the 3.0 (G3) it says on their site:







G3 Supercharger System (2002-2004)

270+ HP & 275 TQ

That would put me right between the 2.7 and the 4.2...for 5k$? Id rather search for a 4.2 and I would still have money left to get a chip and afford race gas for a while
Maybe in a year or so you can pick one used for cheaper, maybe then the deal would be sweeter, but for now, i think its cheaper to install a 2.7 turbo system in a 3.0/2.8 [sm=Awwww.gif]

Now..the 4.2 is a different story:
