please help code PO391 PO346
i drove home from work fine. Parked it and whent to the car next day and started it and it has these codes po391 and po346 and it runs crappy.Does anyone experinced it and know what could be the cause thank you

P0346: Camshaft position sensor implausible signal
P0391: also a camshaft position sensor code
Possible wiring problem to the sensor. possibly a bad sensor. timing could be off
I also found this:
When found in the 3.2 FSI
Please see TPI 2012630 for information about Camshaft Adjusters binding.
If the camshaft adjuster is suspected you may be able to swap the left and right side components to see if the fault code moves (providing the parts are compatible).
