Default Please help!!. Ive Had This problem since 05

My Drivers window comes down of its own accord and refuses to lift again for a couple of hours. This happens during a journey and even during the night when the ignition has been off for hours, sometimes days. I can't work out where the window motor is drawing its supply of power from. I can't use the vehicle because I just can't leave it anywhere and rely on the window staying up. Four Audi dealerships have had a look at it and gave up. (Its a 1995 model and they usually want to try changing various components just to see if it makes any difference. The problem is this would cost about five times the value of the car. I've already spent over the value of the car on the problem) I recently discovered that water was getting under the back seat, where the battery, ABS and alarm are located and feel that there must be a connection as the problem went away in the summer months last year but returned in October. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
