Power steering fluid

If the fluid is flushed out how much is needed to replace it? What's the usual cost for have that done? Thanks.

IIRC, less than a quart. Make sure you use the Audi fluid or else you will get a leak and possibly be buying a new steering rack (don't ask me how I know this!).
