My check engine light came on so i got my reader and i pulled up the p1250 code which is a prc solenoid circuit malfunction. What exactly is it and how much will it cost to be replaced and is it a diy thing. Along with that code i got p0300,p0302,p0303,p0305 which are cyl misfires. Would teh solenoid cause this or this this a spark plug problem. It sounds crazy but either my gas guage isnt working or i used a quater of a tank driving less than 30 miles. I bought this car a week ago.

Oh I forgot, is a 96 a6 2.8 quattro.
