So as some of you may have read I just picked up an A6 2.7t that needed transmission work. Well the guys at 517 were awesome and I got my car back with the transmission working nicely. It uncovered a rusted out exhaust that I had to fix as It bothered me to hear it bub bub bubbing... I found a local shop in long island that was willing to save the cats and build me a new cat back out of 2.5" exhaust from the cats to the bumper. I used turbo mufflers and am impressed at how loud it isin't. Nice tone with just a hint of something different from stock. In doing that and feeling the mild improvement made by it I decided to go tune the car. Well I just got home with it and dayum!!! it is very fast and will pull solidly all the way to 7000rpm. Tyrosport in queens did the flash for me using APR software and it took maybe 30 minutes. Very impressed with the tune and their professionalism. Ill post pics of the exhaust shortly.
