I installed a Parrott hands free/bluetooth kit to my car Audi A6 1.8T 2001 Concert radio. The problem i am having is that when i connected the in line wiring loom the kit worked fine i.e thru speakers But the radio was dead no Safe Mode displayed. I disconnected all the the parrott wiringand tested for power to radio unit all ok there and reconnected the original connectors still no safe mode displayed on radio
I am wondering has the parrott kit cooked something in the radio head unit due a possible power surge etc
Any Ideas Welcome
