Default random cylinder misfire , audi a6 2.7 T

Random Cylinder Misfire, OBD Code : P0300, The car seems to be starting fine, running as before and I dont see anything wrong with it. Is it because of a cold start? bad fuel? how can I reset it to see if it comes again without going to a mechanic?

You need to check data block 32 using the VAG COM www.ross-tech.com and see what the fuel trim is. If its a + number then there is a vacuum leak that needs to be fixed. If not, its common for the coilpacks to cause random multiple misfires. I had to replace all 6 in my 2.7T S4 to fix my misfire problem.
