Ok, because I can't seem to find a part number for the 02-04 Valance. I wanted a stock black one for my new audi project. Guess I will have to cut one as well. Was it hard to do?

 

I actually had a shop by me install my exhaust and they cut the valance for me. I'm sure it pretty simple; just got to make the marks where to cut so you don't screw it up. The plastic is very tough so I would make sure you use something that will cut through it very smoothly. I'm not sure how they did mine, but afterwards I had to touch up the cuts.
