...searched...nothing that can really help.
i can open them from the driver door , but i can't from the both rear doors, window safety switch is off. is it the safety switch or something else... any pointers wellcome, i really dont want to go to dealler to get riped off...i'd rather open them myself everytime....
anyone having this problem?

Your window safety switch is bad. It seems to fail and keep you from unlocking the back windows. Try this. Push the window lock button all the way down and hold it there. Now try to reach back to the back door and roll the window down. It should work. If it does you need to replace your switch on your drivers door. If not you may have bad switches in the back doors. But I would try to replace the drivers door switch first.
