Just picked up some wheels they are 18x8.5 35 offset.... what are peoples recommendations for tire sizes. I will be lowering the car (00' 2.7) a little bit most likely and eibach set up or h&r's with koni's.. thanks guys/gals.. these are the wheels

 

OK.... those look like the mercedes rims.....[] but, still good. anyways, i'd go with a 225 or 235 whatever, 35/18. if your dropping the car just 1" or so, i'd go with 35 series or maybe even 40. and anything lower (1.5" - 2") definately a 35 series. kumho, falken, toyo, whichever brand you prefer. cheap and good tread life i'd go with kumho, better performance wet/dry, last i heard toyo was one of the best. not cheap, but you pay for what you get.

 

they are made by ALT, their "miro" line, ohhh ahh, yah thats what I guess they are supposed to emulate, plus they did come with MB center caps which was kind of disheartening, none the less.. i got them, thoguth it would be interesting look on an a6..
