After 19 months, one winter, and 13k miles the Graf (made in Italy) pump from Arizona Autohaus has no problems - $ 60. Same thing with all the sealing ruber o-rings purchased from them (rear pump housing, rear T-stat housing, plus the two rings in the rear of the heads).

Well pump and new thermostat are in. Just worried about the timing. Wondering if its correct, Ive been following up strictly on DIY guides but cant seem to find out how you know when your timing is right.

Did you turn it by hand freely two-three revolutions to make sure everything is alright?
If you already have done that and your markings match, then the way the car runs should tell you if you got the timing right or not - no sputtering, no missing, no CEL, no codes.

Blah the belt jumped upon cranking grrr. I shut it off immediately so seems no harm done. Well ill throw u some pics Seems awkward to me, I tightened the belt and aligned the markings up perfectly but it seems it still jumped some how. I popped the TB covers n it is still tight, but the markings are way off and you can tell the cams are not aligned.

Left And Right from front view of the car. White markings on the cams are shown, i dont even think the "wings" are in the same correlating position.

If markings are off, then your timing is off for sure. You need to align everything, including the crank. When you aligned the belt the first time, did you make sure to align the crank?

Actually no. Honestly I just went by the markings on the sides on the cams. I figured since i didnt completely take the belt off it would just fall back into place. I should have known better.
