replacing vacuum lines.. help

I'm at 100k and looking to replace my vacuum lines... I dont have a CEL, but im sure that there are some leaks. Any advice or guidance?

Do one hose at a time. Buy extra hose, it's cheap. Have lots of light to track down the hoses that you will swear just disappear into nowhere.
