reset airbag and Esp lights?

reset airbag and Esp lights?
I removed the steering wheel and column now I get an AIR BAG and an ESP MIL are they associated some how? I'll check the connections again and look into ross-tech to see if I can reset them with the Vag - com Has anyone reset these? or had this Issue?

HI, If you've checked all the connections and they're ok...You might try disconnecting the battery in the car for a while to kill the power supply, and then reconnect it and see if the warning lights are still there.

OK, I reset the DTC's in Airbags and I had the steering sensor 360 degrees off (of course I did!) But all is well again.
I love doing things two or three times before getting it right. That way I get really good at it.
