Default Rev "Hunting" On Idle...

On idle, the car runs fine at a steady 750ish rpm. however, as soon as i start something electrical, such as the climate control, the car starts hunting for revs between 600 and 1000 rpm. Is this normal or is there an underlying problem?

My first assumption was the Mass Air Flow Sensor to be playing up, but old reciepts show thast a new one was fitted just 2 months ago!

Am i being paranoid? Its bloody annoying this lumpy idle!
