Need Advice for buying 99 A6 quatro
Hi guys,
I have almost struck a deal for 99 A6 quatro with 63000 miles on it for $11400. Car looks very clean and runs good.The first owner drove if for 8500 miles per year and 2nd owner drove 20000 miles in year and half. My only concern is do i have to do some major maintenance right away. Though I am willing to spend more for the regular maintenance coz that's the price of luxury.
I will finalize the deal only after dealers inspection. But I am still looking for your advice.

Be prepared to have the Timing Belt, Serpentine Belt, Water Pump, Thermostat, and other associated goodies as you approach 70k-75k miles. A dealer will charge you an arm -n-leg, so find an indie shop that KNOWS how to do the work.
