rotor size

Hi,
I have a 2000 A6 Quattro 2.8L . I am looking to but new rotors. But there are two sizes for the front. Either 288x25 or 312x25 is there a way to learn the size other just measuring them.

Call your local dealer and ask. IF they are nice, they will tell you by running your VIN.
