Ok guys, so I have used the search (promise) and cannot find the info. I just need verification if the RS6 sway bars will fit on my 2001 4.2 A6.

(By the way, this is my first post cause the wealth of info on this thing has helped me so much and all my questions so far have been answered.)

from everything that i've ever read, they will work, although it might be more cost effective to just pick up a set of HK swaybar/bars for it. i'm sure someone that actually has them can chime in and give the rundown on the specifics, but if i remember right, the larger the diameter of the rear sway bar, the more over-steer you will encounter (back end will want to slide out a little more under heavy cornering). i think what most guys do is just get the HK rear swaybar that is a tad larger than stock and leave the stock front swaybar. i've heard that that is a pretty nice combo and handles quite well.
