Passenger seat memory does not function or illuminate.

What could cause this other than a blown fuse (fuses are fine)? Is there a switch or similar?

Input would be appreciated.

 

Your probably not even getting power or ground to the unit. First place id look is the wires that run from the door to the body. They have to bend alot in theyre life and its possible one broke. You can peel back the rubber boot to look at those. Besides that i would pull the door panel to do some electrical testing.
