Default Second TB Job on a 4.2

My first timing belt job was done at 80k miles. I've just gone over 142k miles.

When should the second TB job be done on the 4.2 motor? I'm thinking anytime soon would probably be good.

It is also worth changing the two camshaft seals and front crank seal if they aren't leaking anything? There is preventative maintenance and if it ain't broke why fix it?

thanks

How about 80 to 90K after the last one??

As for the seals -sooner or later they WILL leak - Why not replace them when the front of the motor is apart instead of having to pull everythig apart again later?

Well, I was guessing that if they leak, they would probably leak at the same time, the front and the back that is.

I guess you are right. Prevention is better than cure. When I develop any leaks, at least I know they are not from the front.
