Your best bet is to post on TDI forums.

NAW Just let the damn thing leak until all the fluid is gone and it stops running, doesn't move, or doesn't stop. The mechanic will have an easy time figuring out what the problem is and you'll be able to help him put his kids thru college.

On the other hand why don't you crawl under the vehicle and figure out where the fluid is coming from and what it is?

It's common sense --

You said -- leaking from somewhere -- seems like black oil --
But no info about how much or where it is under the vehicle-

We can't help if we don't even know what end of the vehicle it is comming from.
What did you expect?

Sorry I can't read your mind.

You said nothing about it being in the picture.

I dont know anything about the diesel engines but the hose in the back looks like its an intake hose. Is it some kind of wastegate or something? Do you know what that part is called?

I mean that the black oil is on that part as you can see in the picture, other parts below it are clean just this part is oily. Below this part is a turbine and it is clean as well.
