Something is leaking, is it bad?

NAW Just let the damn thing leak until all the fluid is gone and it stops running, doesn't move, or doesn't stop. The mechanic will have an easy time figuring out what the problem is and you'll be able to help him put his kids thru college.
On the other hand why don't you crawl under the vehicle and figure out where the fluid is coming from and what it is?

It's common sense --
You said -- leaking from somewhere -- seems like black oil --
But no info about how much or where it is under the vehicle-
We can't help if we don't even know what end of the vehicle it is comming from.

sorry i dont know it either...

I mean that the black oil is on that part as you can see in the picture, other parts below it are clean just this part is oily. Below this part is a turbine and it is clean as well.
