I've heard NGK spark plugs are pretty good for Audi's but I've never used them. I usually go with the Bosch platniums or Bosch +4

NGK is the way to go, I have a 2000 2.7t and that is what Audi specs. for the car.
I used to use the Bosch but was not impressed in any aplication.
