Starting my 2.7T that hasn't been used in 2+ years, recommendations before startup
My 2004 Audi A6 27T with about 190k miles has been sitting on the driveway for about a little over 2+ years, so before starting it back up after a new battery installed, any recommendations on things that should be done before hand?
I've read something about adding/lubing the cylinder walls with oil thru the sparkplug hole, but maybe not for this motor. Siphon and add new gas (I always fill with premium) is another thing I read about and possibly changing the oil even though it's pretty clean looking.
So, any help/recommendation is much appreciated as I don't want to ruin a motor that I know is good and I want to get it back on the road.
Thanks!
