Audi A6 The mid-sized Audi A6 model offers more room to the driver and passengers over the A4 line.

Strongly considering the A6

I'm really thinking: No way I'll ever buy a BMW, no matter how "prestigious" is...

Today I will take a trip to my local Audi dealer and plan on test driving a few vehicles. I would like to test drive the A4, S4, A6 and Q7. I am test driving the A4/S4 just to see how it handles, the A6 although has the room I am looking for and the Q7 is just nice. I am not saying no to any of those and also plan on test driving the M37x as well.

Sooooooo . . . . . I made it down to my local Audi dealer and was able to test drive a couple of cars that interest me. I started off with the 2011 S4 and I have to say I was pretty amazed. The car is great, beautiful interior, love the key fob, if I had one complaint it would be the Navi, it is crystal clear, very easy to maneuver, but its small. The rest of the car was nice, especially the 330 horses under the hood. However, it is a much smaller car then I was looking for, therefor on to the 2012 A6. Also a very nice car, a lot of room and most of the same options as the S4 had, but you can tell that it is a much heavier car. If felt like it floated, but it was a comfortable ride. I would love to try out a S6, but I am not looking to spend that kind of money on a car that I only use on the weekends. Now it comes down to a decision I need to make, guess I should ask the wife too !

Well . . . . . I have pretty much test driven all the cars I was interested in, only didn't get a chance to drive the 2012 GS350 AWD, but they are not on the lot yet. I have narrowed my search down to two cars, they happen to both be Audi's, the 2012 S4 and A6. It isn't an easy decision, both cars have a lot to offer and I am having a rough time choosing one. I love the way the S4 drives but I really enjoy the A6's interior. My wife is going to test drive both cars on Monday and help me make a final decision, that way I can blame her if I am unhappy later.
