Default sunroof won't close since jump start

Posted this in general tech but i'll post here too.... So I had to jump start my car the other day cause the battery died. When I turned the ignition, the sunroof opened and has not been able to close. It's been 3 days now. I google'd and saw that there is an allan-key manual crank under a panel in front of the sunroof. I found it, but it will absolutely NOT budge. I can't even turn the key at all. I have tried pulling the sunroof shut manually with no luck. What's going on?

They are hard to move at first... Just twist a little harder, it will come free and then move easily. Make sure the ignition is off and the selector is in the closed position. crank until the roof is closed.

If I remember correctly it turns CCW to close.

One other thing: you cannot just turn the key after you seat it in.
You have to push it in AND crank at the same time.

Oh, and since you take the cover plate off... disconnect the switch altogether. I had trouble cranking manually when the switch was still powered (connected). If you disconnect it, then you shouldn't have anymore trouble turning it over.
